Registered Behavior Technician

As an RBT at Think PLLC, you'll provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, you'll implement individualized treatment plans using our child-led THINK approach — following the child's lead, building connection, and embedding learning into natural play and daily routines.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy sessions following individualized treatment plans
  • Implement child-led strategies that prioritize connection, play, and natural learning
  • Collect and record behavioral data accurately during sessions
  • Collaborate with the supervising BCBA to discuss progress, concerns, and plan adjustments
  • Support parent and caregiver training by modeling strategies during sessions
  • Maintain professional and compassionate communication with families
  • Travel to client homes, schools, and community settings across Pierce and King County

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

As a BCBA at Think PLLC, you'll lead the clinical care of a caseload of children and adolescents, designing individualized treatment plans rooted in our child-led THINK approach. You'll supervise and mentor RBTs, partner closely with families, and collaborate with school teams to ensure meaningful, measurable progress across all settings.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive behavior assessments (FBAs, skill assessments) for new and existing clients
  • Develop and oversee individualized, child-led treatment plans
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to RBTs
  • Deliver parent and caregiver training to support skill generalization at home
  • Collaborate with school teams, educators, and other professionals
  • Analyze data regularly to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans
  • Maintain clinical documentation and ensure compliance with insurance and BACB ethical guidelines
  • Contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven team culture
