About Think PLLC

Supporting Children and Families as They Grow

Think PLLC provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children and adolescents across Pierce and King County. Our team works with families to support skill development in communication, social interaction, and independence across home, school, and community settings.

OUR APPROACH

We believe that learning happens best when children feel safe, motivated, and understood. In child-led ABA, connection comes before correction, and teaching is embedded in play and real-life activities. Our sessions are designed to be natural, engaging, and meaningful, while still delivering measurable, evidence-based results.

Key Principles

Follow the Child’s Lead

Learning happens best when the child is actively engaged and interested.

Connection First

Rapport, trust, and motivation come before teaching or correction.

Natural Learning

Skills are taught through play and everyday routines, not just drills.

Family Collaboration

Parents are partners, helping skills generalize into daily life.

.

Positive Guidance

Corrections are gentle and supportive.

A Message From Our Team

At Think PLLC, every child and every family matters. We founded this practice because we believe ABA therapy should feel like partnership — not a prescription. Our team is passionate about meeting children where they are, celebrating their progress, and equipping families with the tools to thrive beyond our sessions. We’re here to grow together.

Meet The Founder

Maria Trixy Titco-Ignacio

M.S., BCBA

Founder Think, PLLC

With over a decade exprience in Applied Behavior Analysis, I’ve supported children and adults across home, clinic, school, and hospital settings. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and parent of a child with autism, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to every family and individual I support.

My journey into Applied Behavior Analysis became deeply meaningful when my own child was diagnosed, giving me firsthand insight into the challenges, emotions, and hopes that families experience. I understand what it means to navigate evaluations, therapies, school meetings, and daily routines—because I’ve lived it. This personal connection drives my commitment to providing compassionate, family-centered, and effective ABA services.

At Think, PLLC, we create a space where families and providers can unite, share ideas, and collaborate effectively. Here, compassion comes not just from formal training, but from the profound depth of shared experience.

My mission is simple: to empower children and adults to reach their full potential and to support families with the same care and dedication I want for my own.
